Stainless steel lotus-style petals fold compactly and expand to fit pot inner diameters from 5.5" to 9". An ergonomic heat-resistant handle and nylon-protected feet make steaming vegetables, seafood, eggs, and meats easy.

Folded down to just 5.43 in wide and 3.35 in tall, this steamer basket tucks away without taking up drawer or cabinet space. The petals close inward neatly, keeping your kitchen organized.

Open the petals and the basket reaches 22.5 cm in diameter, fitting pot inner diameters from 5.5" to 9". The multi-leaf lotus design adjusts freely to stock pots and suitable pressure cookers.

Widened support feet keep the basket stable in the pot, so broccoli, zucchini, and more steam evenly every time.

Multi-hole petals let steam circulate quickly around shrimp, crab, and other seafood for thorough, even cooking.

Stainless steel petals provide a flat, stable surface so eggs sit securely while steam rises evenly from below.

Perforated petal holes drain water freely, so the basket doubles as a temporary colander and saves cabinet space.

Heat-resistant green handle is ergonomic and comfortable; use the handle hole with a fork to avoid burns. Each metal foot has a soft protective pad sleeve to help prevent scratches on non-stick cookware — sleeves may loosen after heavy washing, check before use. Polished stainless-steel edges stay smooth for safe handling.

Can this steamer basket be washed in a dishwasher?

Hand-washing is recommended to extend service life. If using a dishwasher, the protective pad sleeves on the feet may loosen. Hang dry through the handle for better hygiene.

Will the handle prevent my pot lid from closing?

The tall central handle may block low-profile pot lids and prevent them from fully closing. If your lid is low-profile, consider using a pot with a domed or taller lid.

What should I do if the protective foot pad sleeves fall off?

The soft nylon sleeve on each foot helps protect non-stick cookware. Sleeves may loosen or fall off after heavy-duty washing. Check and re-secure all feet before each use.

Which pot sizes does this steamer basket fit?

The basket fits pot inner diameters from 5.5" to 9". Folded diameter is 13.8 cm; expanded is 22.5 cm. Compatible with stock pots and suitable pressure cookers.
